P.C.A.H.L. Rules & Regulations
- All players must be registered with USA Hockey.
- This is a non-contact, no check league.
- There are three, 20 minute running clock periods. If the game is within 1 goal in the final period the clock will change to a stopping-clock.
- Each team is awarded 1 timeout per game.
- If the game ends in a tie there will be no overtime. Overtime is for the playoffs only
- No fighting will be tolerated. Player is suspended for one game for first offense, two for second offense, and the remainder of the season if it happens a third time.
- Minor penalties are assessed in 3 minute increments
- All games will start and end as scheduled. If need be the entire 3rd period will be a running clock if necessary.
